We are excited to welcome Leilani Attilio as a new CRNP at PentaHealth Family Practice West Chester! She starts March 1st, 2026, and is accepting new patients.

Leilani earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Widener University in 2002. After graduation, she commissioned into the US Army to become an Army Nurse Corps Officer and deployed twice overseas. After spending five years in the military, she obtained a Master of Public Health at the University of Texas at El Paso and worked in public health for several years. Despite her love for public health, she felt drawn back to the clinical world and returned to school at George Washington University to become a family nurse practitioner. While in school, she was named a 2017 Pat Tillman Scholar and Jonas Blaustein Scholar.

Leilani has a special interest in sexual health, mental health, and providing inclusive primary care to individuals of all genders and sexual identities. She is especially passionate about integrating gender affirming care and evidence-based treatment for opioid use disorder into her practice. She practices trauma-informed care and believes primary care can be a safe, comprehensive space where patients can address both physical and mental health needs without judgment.

In her free time, Leilani is cheering for her kids on the sidelines, potty training her puppy gifted from her husband, and spending time with her family.
