We are pleased to announce our newest primary care office, PentaHealth Manos Family Practice! Located on Chester County Hospital’s Fern Hill campus at 915 Old Fern Hill Road, Building D, Suite 500, West Chester, PA.
Founded in 2002, Manos Family Practice has proudly served the West Chester community for over two decades. The practice has built a strong reputation for compassionate, patient-centered care. Dr. Antoninus Manos is the founder of the practice. Dr. Valerie Vilbert joined the team in 2019. Together, they work alongside five dedicated CRNPs/PAs: Travis Jolly, Kellie Mellon, Abby Ingenito, Anna Yanisko, and Holly Bonner.
Dr. Manos has worked closely with PentaHealth for several years. During this collaboration, it became clear that Manos Family Practice and PentaHealth share a strong cultural and strategic alignment. Like PentaHealth, the practice is deeply committed to delivering high-quality, value-based care. As well as seeing the value in being part of an independent physician-led group. As our teams worked together, we recognized the many benefits of bringing the practice fully into PentaHealth.
