One of our top priorities is ensuring our patients receive timely medication refills. Planning ahead to make sure you have enough medication on hand is very important. Please allow at least 72 hours for prescription refills. 

Effective May 13th refill requests will be accepted in the following ways:

-Electronic refill requests sent to our providers directly from the pharmacy

-Patients should be sure to request refills at office visits

-Patients may request refills between office visits using our new patient portal, MyChart

-Patients and pharmacies may request refills by calling their PentaHealth practice

Please note we will no longer accept faxed refill requests from pharmacies effective May 13th. Faxed refill requests are often duplicates and can cause delays in processing prescriptions.
