About Carrie

Carrie Karhnak-Glasby joined PentaHealth at Mt. Airy Family Practice in 2015 as a registered nurse and is now in a new role as a medical provider!

Carrie Karhnak-Glasby earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University in 2014 and a Master’s degree in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University in 2023. She is seeing patients of all ages with a focus on preventative care and promoting healthy habits, especially for patients with chronic conditions.

Outside of the office, you can find Carrie Karhnak-Glasby baking, discussing Octavia Butler novels and musical theatre, and cheering on her daughter’s volleyball team!

About Suzannah

Suzannah grew up on her family’s multigenerational farm in Midcoast Maine. After undergraduate and graduate degrees in Engineering, and working in the field for almost a decade, she realized a lifelong interest in caring for people and transitioned into healthcare. Since receiving her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Nursing (2014 and 2017, respectively, from Thomas Jefferson University) she has worked with patients across the lifespan from newborns to patients well into their post-retirement lives. She also serves as a clinical adjunct in the graduate nursing programs at Thomas Jefferson and the University of Pennsylvania. In her free time, she can be found knitting, reading, traveling, or traveling via food.

About David

Dr. Lewis graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit. He has a special interest in Dermatology and performs many in office procedures.

About Susan

Dr. Leath graduated from the Medical College of Pennsylvania, she holds a Bachelors Degree from Yale University. She is an active member of local health initiatives in Philadelphia.

About Lauren

Dr. Kummer is a graduate of Temple University School of Medicine, she is interested in women’s health, sports medicine, and office procedures. Dr. Kummer sees patients of all ages.
