We are pleased to welcome Dr. Samantha DiAngelus as the newest physician at PentaHealth Colonial Family Practice. She starts on December 1st, 2025, and is accepting new patients.

Dr. Samantha DiAngelus was born and raised in New York, where she completed her bachelor’s degree in individualized study at NYU. She focused her undergraduate education on identifying the aspects of biology, psychology, sociology, and anthropology that enable a person to form their identities as they grow. She has always had a special interest in people and what makes them who they are, which was likely a big draw of medicine for her. After NYU, she moved to Pennsylvania with her now husband and then attended Rutgers University, where she obtained her master’s degree in biomedical sciences.

She received her DO from Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Indianapolis, IN, in 2020. She completed her residency in family medicine at Crozer Chester Medical Center in Springfield, PA. She has since worked as a residency faculty at Crozer, a general practitioner at Jefferson Einstein, and has now joined PentaHealth Colonial Family Practice, where she hopes to remain until retirement.

Dr. DiAngelus is board certified in family medicine with a special interest in preventative care, focusing heavily on cancer screenings and vaccinations. She also has great interest in weight management, women’s health, mental health, diabetes, and hypertension management.

Dr. DiAngelus lives with her husband and daughter and will welcome a second child in 2026. She loves spending time with family and outings with friends. She enjoys arts and crafts with her little one, aimless walks, baking, and board games. She has always had big plans for travel and is hopeful one day to live them out with her little family.
