Located in nine sites throughout Chester, Delaware, and Philadelphia County — including Coatesville, Downingtown, Exton, Lionville, Newtown Square and West Chester. PentaHealth aims to be the leader in providing excellent, full-spectrum primary care to the residents of our community. PentaHealth providers include Physicians & Nurse Practitioners. We provide care for acute problems as well as chronic illnesses.
PentaHealth’s range of care includes Primary Care services such as preventive, acute and chronic care, as well as specialty care in Endocrinology. PentaHealth is affiliated with Brandywine Hospital, Paoli Hospital, and Chester County Hospital. We also provide nursing home care at many facilities.

Twelve physicians joined hands in 1996 with the goal of providing outstanding, comprehensive primary care while staying independent and answerable only to their patients.
Their vision became a reality and continued to grow as like-minded medical professionals elected to join them, thus offering even greater access to the compassionate, well-planned family care that has become the hallmark of PentaHealth. Now, with 46 physicians and allied health providers who are part of a 52-member clinical team.
